UFM2300S Multifunction Ultrasonic Cutting Machine

UFM2300S is a custom machine designed for continuous supplied product to cut loaf products into slices or cut large bread sheets into sandwiches. The machine can be configured to cut from 1-11 large bread sheets or loaves side by side automatically depending on width of product. The machine is designed to employ a servo driven conveyor belt through put type system, servo blade actuator, ultrasonic cutting systems, interlocked safety guards, automatic product off load, and is “wash down” for ease of cleaning and sanitation. Onload and offload can be automated with an auto load conveyor and automated exit conveyor.
